400k sounds a little pricey, but hopefully that’s just the overheated Austin market at work.

Printing homes could go a long way to solve the housing crisis, and purportedly cuts waste material by more than 90 percent.

  1. Based upon Austin real estate listings, most of the price is the cost of the building site.

      Yeah, dirt is getting pretty expensive here in Austin. With the cost of houses in my neighborhood you’d expect to see mansions, but they ain’t.
