As I understand it from the distance of Canada, the primary sources of power in Texas are natural gas, coal, and one nuke. Green energy only made of 7% of the mix.
Wind is back up to forty percent of the mix today, the largest contributor. It was down in the low single digits during the rolling blackouts. Gas is now making a third, and nuclear and coal each around twelve percent.
Texas has four nukes. One had a stoppage, for about a day, caused by the freeze.
