Trump Leaves Paris Agreement, but “We Are Still In”

The Trump Administration declared its intention to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement, but American communities and institutions have shown the world that the United States is committed to ambitious climate action.

The United States withdraws from the Paris Climate Agreement, one day after the Presidential Election. While the outcome of the election is not yet clear, U.S. leaders and institutions are going into 2021 full steam ahead on climate action. Non-federal actors will hold the line and continue to lead the way until they are able to partner with a re-engaged federal government in ambitious climate action to reach the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement.


Below is a video I show to a lot of pretty conservative folks, who totally get the appeal of renewable energy.

    He’s replacing him with an attorney that worked for an international energy litigation firm with ties to Paul Manafort and a corrupt and overthrown Ukrainian former prime minister.

    The person being replaced, apparently too radical for declaring support for a carbon price, was once an aide to Mitch McConnell:
