   Getting in some training for running at high altitude where there is less oxygen normally, and for running on extra hot roads?

     Go to altitude a week head of time..Build up your red blood cells that way.

   All too often when nonprofessionals “help” in situations like this they cause even more problems by using up rescue resources when they get in trouble.

   If this is not a spoof, this guy has to be one of the dumbest folks around. Everyone knows that you use your shirt or your hat to put out fires like this—-they work better and are cheaper to replace than a $200 pair of running shoes.
