The US Republicans would call Putin an “alarmist” I suppose.

    Just to clarify…

‘What’s done cannot be undone’. Russia has only half the population of the former Soviet Union countries, and went backwards for a decade after the collapse, so starting in 1990 gives them a difficult target.
Putin is a model of openness and rationality compared to Trump. If the Yanks want a dictator, they need a better method for selecting him ( or her).

How to deliver a polished talk and sound sincere and concerned without giving much away, thanks for educating everybody on the fact that Russia is a “Northern Country”. It maybe, but if reporters ask too awkward questions, without apologetic smiles on their faces, they might just disappear.

A massive development of natural resources is needed for Russian to meet its ambitions on the Arctic route and several of the country’s biggest companies are involved. Among them are oil and gas companies Novatek, Gazprom Neft, Rosneft and the Independent Oil Company. In addition comes minerals and ores developers like Nornickel, VostokCoal, Baimskaya, KAZ Minerals, Vostok Engineering and Severnaya Zvezda.
