Greta Thunberg’s Uncanny Gift
September 19, 2019
Greta Thunberg (spellcheck always wants to resolve her name to “great”) is an uncannyily intuitive communicator. We’ve all seen it in videos such as her recent testimony before the US Congress.
She seems to have a natural gift for wasting no words and cutting to the heart of what needs to be said.
One reason might be her position on the Autism spectrum, which she acknowledges below might indeed be an advantage. Is neurological diversity an evolutionary ace card for our species? Stay tuned.

As much as I endorse the ‘every little helps’ strategy, but you need to plant 1,000 trees, and just after 20 years they can absorb as much CO2 as one US American is emitting. Good luck with that strategy. In-between I’m betting on ‘leave it in the ground’ as the better strategy, even to help the existing trees to survive. Now, don’t pray for my bet. We need to do both.
BTW, Greta rocks!

I agree with your arithmetic and factor. So then if we could just replace 300,000,000 US Americans with 300,000,000,000 trees then there’s finally very positive progress.
