Could be we are indeed at a tipping point for global climate resolve.
If even Fox News, Donald Trump, and Brazilian President Jair Bolonaro have to pay lip service to the issue, they know there is risk in turning a deaf ear.

As usual, money talks—but those who hear it usually do only what is necessary to shut it up.
It IS good news to see the graphic display of increased coverage and increased engaged time with climate change reporting—-the change is substantial—-let’s hope it continues and we aren’t distracted by something like a word wide recession/depression brought on by the deniers.

I remember when media outlets would complain about running climate change stories because “it’s a ratings killer every time we try.” It was about six months ago.

I could understand why. I’ve made it through 4 chapters of Dahr Jamail’s The End of Ice (2019), but I’m thinking of passing it on to Austin’s Recycled Reads without finishing it.

Its still not gonna change anything. Did the gulf oil spill change any substantial? NO Every time we have a new record for heat, rain like the 50+ inches in Houston do we change anything? NO. After the entire economy went in the dumper did we do anything? NO. Tomorrow when the morons in Dallas need a new car they WONT choose electric, hybrid, or fuel efficient they will buy the SUV or pickup truck to haul their single ass around. I have ZERO optimism that anything will change. WE ARE SCREWED AND IT’S OUR OWN MAKING.
