He doesn’t have any snow to shovel, too much surplus energy (bit like Earth I suppose).
A surplus of something—-that’s obvious—-unobtainium, perhaps? Let’s hope he doesn’t “go Venus” on us.
Note from the overhead map the curves and ghosts of previous riverbeds within the flood plain. Many of the old contours were of single watershed floods, while what we have now is flooding of multiple rivers across a very broad area.
