The latest Earthquake of 8.1 on the Richter scale in Mexico reminds us that mother Earth can be violent without our help. Watching the news of Florida, I wish all who are evacuating safe passage and shelter. Those who remain, take care.

This video is why America is already great. Presidents Repub and Dem unite it times of crisis.

By Tuesday evening the Nullschool model has Jose turning around and tracking eastwards (!) towards the next Hurricane (Katia), which will reach the islands by the following week. There’s another 6 to 8 weeks of the Hurricane season left and its already a record breaking year for number and intensity of events.
