The second of two uploads to kick off the new year.
So with all that potential support behind him, why isn’t Obama doing more?
the deniers have had the biggest megaphone, and make themselves heard in the beltway disproportionately to their numbers in the country.
More reason to bring the truth out repeatedly.

All true. And even worse is that all those storms – or even in the absence of storms – the trees are falling over on power lines, houses, cars and people, because they are dying from air pollution.
An insidious effect – no more forests = no more CO2 absorption = worse climate change.
Escalating feedback too – HIRGO means more trees die and they struggle more to cope with things like pollution (air, land and water pollution) and deforestation leads to HIRGO itself. Visicous circle as the cliche goes.
* Human Induced Rapid Global Overheating as I prefer to call it because “warming” has too many positive connotations plus too mild and the Rapidity is a big part of the problem and emphasising its us who are responsible.
