This decision is long overdue. It is one thing to give subsidies (for a limited time) to a new industry, but the petroleum industry has been pumping oil out of the ground since 1861.

Why couldn’t he have been like this in 2009? Is this the Obama that the people elected or just the alter-ego that pops up when he’s campaigning?
