Recent stories about sleeping Air Traffic controllers brought to mind this forgotten CBS video of sleeping guards at Peach Bottom Nuclear power plant.
I feel secure knowing that Wackenhutt is on the job.

First time I’ve seen this. Wish I’d known about it a few months ago when I was ‘debating’ some of the nuke fan club that and suggested it was entirely possible that someone could plant a bomb at a nuke reactor.
Apart from the inevitable hailstorm of abuse, I was painted a picture that every nuke was guarded by a battalion of combat-ready professionals at peak fitness, capable of invading and capturing a small country. When they weren’t doing chin ups, calibrating their laser sights and polishing their big guns, they were patrolling the compound like hi-tech ninjas.
Reality *never* quite matches the sales brochure of the nuke industry….
